About the Role

Our client is a Japanese listed global consulting company dealing in many line of businesses with office in Singapore and they are looking for the position below:

HR and Admin Assistant – (Ref: TYM20230222-YCG1)

Main Job Duties
The HR & Admin. Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
· Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
· Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
· Arranging for couriers and dispatch.
. Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
. Replenishment of stationery, refreshments and pantry items.
. Supervise the office cleaning.
. Job posting.
. Support hiring by scheduling interviews and act as the main contact for the interviewees.
. Preparation for onboarding of new staffs and staffs’ orientation.
. Assist in staffs’ reimbursement claims.
. Keeping track of staff members’ medical claims and leaves.
. Work pass application and renewal.

Requirements:
· Minimum “O” level with good credit in English.
. 1 to 2 years of working experience in HR and/or Administration.
. Good communication skills.
. Microsoft office proficiency.

Benefits
. Salary: Around $3000 with AWS
. Work Week: 5 Days work week.
. Working Hours: 9am to 6pm.
. Work Location: Shenton Way
