Kozen Tan is an experienced Business Director with a demonstrated history in International Financial Services, Financial Technology and, Investment experience, and coupled with business operations, marketing, and management experience, and had headed up several business operations and business development departments in the past.
He has served as a Chief Executive Officer with Lionex Pte Ltd, Vice President (Global Marketing) with GT Group of Companies, Head of Business Development (Asia-Pacific) with Rapidz SA, former Chief Investment Consultant with Asia Capital (HK), Director with Sustainable Asset Management.
Kozen has held senior positions in RHB OSK Asset Management Corporation (RHB Investment Bank), ABN Amro Bank, UOB, and Citibank. He graduated with an Executive Master of Science in Finance from Baruch College of The City University of New York, USA.

Gareth Poh is a Human Resource (HR) professional currently based in Singapore. His areas of focus are organization development (OD) strategy and labour and employment (L&E) legislation.
As a HR professional, he has worked for clients like AIG, Prudential, CitiBank, HSBC, Crimson Logic, NTT, Epson. In 2016, he has completed over 30 SOX audits. In 2019, he was the lead investigation liaison for MOM compliance cases.
Gareth is nominated as a Covid taskforce and workforce transformation member to steer Singapore’s HR industry with iHRP (Singapore’s HR Authority backed by tripartite partners, Ministry of Manpower, SNEF and NTUC). He is also the assessor for iHRP to assess the competency of fellow HR professionals in the country.
He has extensive experience with HR OD special projects and Ministry of Manpower and SOX legal and compliance investigations, advisory and counsel; helping companies stay out of trouble and navigate complex investigations.

Nerice Ng is a Human Resource (HR) Professional based in Singapore. Driven by her passion, she takes pride in providing the best HR practice and solutions. Within the HR scope she specialises in Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits to ensure that these strategies are align with the organization’s overall business strategy.
As a HR Business Partner, she has experience in various size of companies from Start-up, Small Medium Enterprise (SME) to Multi-National Company (MNC). She also handled different industries portfolio such as Manufacturing, Food & Beverages, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, Marine, Scientific and Heavy Industries in the region.
In addition, she has been awarded as an IHRP Certified Professional with a background in Psychology. She also adopts a forward-thinking skillset such as HR technologies implementation, working knowledge on design thinking and equipping HR analytics techniques to solve HR and business challenges.
