About the Role

Our client is Singapore’s Leading Specialist in Forensic & Professional Cleaning and Disinfection and they are looking for the position below:

HR Executive – (Ref: VY20220114-AD04)

Duties include but not limited to: -
- manage & communicate with relevant authorities & government departments such as MOM, NEA, MTI, MOH, etc in matters relating to HR & Company.
- manage all WP application, including Spass & EP.
- manage all Covid related Safe Management measures, procedures & requirement, including vaccination matters.
- manage all foreign workers matters including accommodation & any HR related matters.
- manage mandatory WSQ training matters of staffs, including arrangement with 3rd party training provider.
- manage & work with our “Learning & Development Consultant” on in-house training for HQ & operations staffs.
- manage any other HR related matters from time to time.
- Payroll.
- related HR job scopes from cleaning or IFM companies.

- Full Spectrum in HR
- Good spoken and written English to deal with authorities and
government institutions. ***
- Familiar with MOM regulations and handle foreign employee issue resolution.

- able to work under stress (Eg; Multi-task work, meet deadline)

Salary Range: $2,200-$3,200 (guide only & may defer slightly based on capabilities & experiences).
Working Hour: 5 days’ work, 9am- 6pm
Work Location: Kaki Bukit
