With this new expansion they are looking for an experienced Head of HR, APAC. You will have the opportunity to define, lead, and shape the future together with a crew of talented mavericks.

Head of HR, APAC - (Ref: TC20220404-VB01)

Responsibilities:
● Work closely with the leadership team to identify the overall people strategy and priorities to ensure we can build a diverse, high-performing team to support the company’s ambitious growth plan for the APAC region
● Implement world-class HR practices in Organizational Design, Talent Acquisition, People Development, and Compensation & Benefits to support our business goals
● Scale the unique culture and values of the company across the organization as part of our sustained growth plans
● Elevate the overall employee experience to position us as an employer of choice in the market
● Establish the right processes, tools, systems, and teams to bring the people strategy into life
● Drive meaningful partnership internally and externally to improve HR operation efficiencies
● As part of the APAC leadership team, work closely with country teams to ensure a consistent people strategy and flexible HR practices across the region

Requirements:
● More than ten years of experience in strategic HR partner or HR generalist roles in MNCs or fast-growing start-ups, with at least five years in a leadership position
● Proven track record in building teams across multiple countries in APAC and deep understanding of the talent landscape in key markets such as Singapore, China, and Korea
● Experience in relevant segments, such as Fin-tech, software development, financial services, or blockchain, would be a plus
● Highly motivated and self-driven, with a strong track record of driving operations with speed and decisiveness
● Embrace the start-up culture with a reasonable risk-taking spirit, and do not mind rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty when needed
● Outstanding English communication skills
